Continued from "Be An Agent"...
The recruiters at WTS negotiate an hourly or salary rate with you, and
then negotiate an hourly rate with the hiring manager, based on your
compensation package. WTS maintains a regular margin and standard
calculation. We don't try to gain margin by "talking you down."
Our squeaky
clean reputation and excellent referral program depends on fair business practice
with the people on the front lines our agents in the field.

"What would be my employment status? "Do I receive benefits?"
"Training?" "How stable would my job be?" "What's the
process? "
Generally, you are employed through us as our W-2 employee. You are eligible
to participate in all of our benefit opportunities, including full medical,
dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k, direct deposit, and disability. Every
day, you report to our client's worksite. You are also eligible for a pool of
paid time off, up to 25 days per year, that includes holidays, vacation, and
sick time. In addition to our free computer based training, you are sometimes
eligible for tuition reimbursement or training that our client requires.
A contract assignment can be of any length; typically, they range from
several months to an indefinite number of years. As far as stability, most
contracting assignments are just as stable as permanent jobs.
"Contracting" does not require a commitment of duration on either
side
at any time the employee or the client can end the contract. Most contracts
last well beyond their intended duration, if everyone is benefiting.
