First, you email us your resume. If you are responding to a particular job
posting, please mention the number and provide a brief summary of how your
skills match the requirements. We look at every single resume that comes
to us, and if there is nothing currently available, we file for future
reference (please understand that we cannot respond to each resume
submittal, as we sometimes get over 400 a week). When your resume matches a
job, our professional recruiters - Matt, Bob, Scott, or Millie - will call
you. They will have a brief screening with you over the phone to determine
your compensation requirements and career direction.
If you agree that there is a good match, we send your resume to the manager.
We don't send any resume out without the owner's permission. After your
resume is selected by the manager, an interview is set up. If the manager
and the employee both agree to move forward, a start date is confirmed and
all rates and compensation are locked in.
As the assignment progresses, we keep in regular contact with our employee
and the client to ensure clear two-way feedback. Usually, when a contract
ends, a two-to-four week notice is provided. We try to maintain enough
opportunities so that we can move you from assignment to assignment for
years to come..
