
WTS provides a broad package of benefits for its Agents. Our agents receive
a total of five weeks, or 25 paid days off (we call it
PTO pooled
time off). This includes all vacation, holidays, and personal time as you
see
fit.
Other benefits available to all of our Agents include:

Wolverine Technical Staffing employees are eligible for insurance on the 1st
of the month following 30 days of employment. There is a choice of 2 plans:
Blue Cross PPO insurance covers 80% of the first $5,000 after the yearly
deductible is met ($1,000). There is a $30 office visit co-pay and a $15
prescription co-pay
Blue Care Network is an HMO with no deductible, a $25 co-pay for office visits
and $5 prescription co-pay. You must go to a doctor in the plan and get referrals
to see other doctors.

Wolverine Technical Staffing employees are eligible for Dental insurance on
the 10th of the month following 30 days of employment. Diagnostic and preventative
care is covered 100% once every six months, restorative, periodontal and oral
surgery is covered 75%, dentures and bridges are covered 50%, and there is an
annual dollar maximum per person of $1000.

Wolverine Technical Staffing employees are eligible to participate in
our vision insurance program on the 10th of the month following 30 days
of employment. Blue Vision Benefits are provided by Vision Service Plan
(VSP). There is a $5 co-pay for eye exams once every 12 months, a $10
co-pay for frames/lenses once every 12 months, a $105 allowance toward
prescription contact lenses, and contact lenses that are medically
necessary are covered with a $10 co-pay, once every 12 months.

Wolverine Technical Staffing employees are eligible to participate in our 401K
plan after 6 months of employment. The plan is 100% employee funded through Kemper Funds. There
is a range of investment choices available.

Wolverine Technical Staffing employees are eligible to participate after 30
days of employment. Pre tax option available for Accident insurance, short term
disability, cancer insurance, and hospital indemnity insurance. 100% employee
funded.
