NAPS was founded in 1961 and is the Staffing Industry’s oldest association, with a mission to proactively serve, protect, inform, and represent all facets of the Staffing Industry regarding federal legislation and regulatory issues by providing education, certification, and member services which enhance members’ ability to conduct business with integrity and competence. The NAPS “Standards & Ethical Practices” has been developed and implemented as a tool for industry self-regulation. The Association continues to maintain the position of Staffing Industry educator through certification programs, continuing education initiatives, eLearning and an annual conference.
