Wolverine uses a consistent calculation, based on what the employee needs to make. We believe that good business means charging a fair rate, based on the requirements of all parties. This is unusual! Most IT firms charge a rate which is not directly tied to the employee’s compensation level. Generally, rates for folks with 6-10 years of experience in their field run anywhere from $50-$80 hourly.
